Get Support for Custom iFrame Pro

Pro users can raise a ticket on the CoderzStudio helpdesk. Support staff respond as quickly as possible.

Log in to your CoderzStudio account

Go to store.coderzstudio.com and log in. Check your purchase confirmation email if you need to reset your password.

Open the Helpdesk

Click Helpdesk in the top menu or from your dashboard.

Create a new ticket

Click Create a New Ticket.

Fill in the details

Include as much context as possible to get a faster resolution:

  • A short description of the issue
  • The page URL where the issue occurs (if applicable)
  • Screenshots or screen recordings (optional but helpful)

Submit the ticket

Click Submit. The support team will respond as quickly as possible.

Free users can raise a support ticket on the WordPress.org support forum.

Go to the support forum

Visit the Custom iFrame plugin page on WordPress.org and click Add topic.

Fill in the details
