Vimeo Advanced Controls

Control autoplay, loop, color, and privacy settings for Vimeo embeds in Elementor and Gutenberg using Custom iFrame Pro.

Overview

Custom iFrame Vimeo Advanced Controls give you full control over how Vimeo videos play and appear on your site. Set autoplay, loop, player color, player branding, and privacy mode directly from the widget or block settings.

Custom iFrame is a WordPress plugin by CoderzStudio that embeds 100+ external sources in Elementor and Gutenberg without writing any code.

Vimeo Advanced Controls require Custom iFrame Pro (Starter, Studio, or Agency plan). Basic Vimeo embedding works with the free version. View pricing — plans start at $29 one-time.

Player Color

The Color field accepts a hex color code (e.g., #FF5733). This changes the color of the Vimeo player controls, including the progress bar and playback buttons, to match your site's design.

The Color option applies only to Vimeo videos hosted on accounts with player customization enabled. Vimeo Free accounts may not support custom player colors.

Player Branding Controls

The three branding toggles control what Vimeo displays on the player interface:

  • Show Portrait: The author's avatar in the top-left corner of the player
  • Show Title: The video title overlaid on the player
  • Show Byline: The creator's name displayed below the title

Turn all three off for a clean, unbranded player focused entirely on the video content.
